All purchases, including consignment items, are final and cannot be returned or
exchanged.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued at the discretion of management.
Consignment items, once purchased, are non-returnable, as they are sold on
behalf of third parties. This includes consignment items that may be damaged or
defective.
Non-returnable Items:
Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not
eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days
for a full refund or exchange. However, consignment items are not eligible for
return, even if damaged or defective.

All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.
Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated.
For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option!
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
